YW came to visit her brother at Setapak (TAR College). Then spare some time for old friends. We had dinner at one organic cafe--Be Lohas Cafe at Taipan. We took some pictures while waiting for food.

We went to Sunway Pyramid after that. We planned to sing k, but the fees was sky high.. RM 60+ for less than 3 hours.. So we just hang around in Sunway Pyramid...
Yw couldn't resist to take picture with this cute "pikaciu"....
After that, we were having light supper at high street of Bandar Puchong Jaya (Opposite IOI Mall).. A lot of steamboat van (around 4 van at same row) and some drink stall over there. Last station was Ying Yee's house where Yw stay over night...
Simple and short gathering~ But felt good. Hardly met Yw in KL.. I guess some of you might not meet her once for few years..:)Keep in touch with her la.. She is now working at Intel (Kulim) as Graphic Layout Engineer. Staying in Penang currently. :)

I've seen 'Be LOHAS' this word before, from the banners hanging at the lamp post by the roadside. But then I have no idea what does it mean. When pronouce the word, it sounds a little bit like 'flower horn' =p
Anyway, I google'd' and found that LOHAS is actually an acronym for Lifestyles of Health and Sustainability. It is a market segment focused on health and fitness, the environment, personal development, sustainable living, and social justice....... For better understanding about LOHAS, you google urself la harr.

Be Lohas is my company's restaurant. It's on organic vegetarian restaurant; to promote health, organic and also environmental friendly (huan2 bao3). The food there are not bad. Look delicious from the menu that design by our Mr. Eddy. The business increased 1 fold after Eddy appeared (As i observed, I always go to Be Lohas Bandar Puteri for lunch.. 2-3 times per week). Branding is so important!
Anyone interested can ask me bring along. There are 3 outlets for the moment; Bandar Puteri (Puchong), PJ Uptown (Damansara Jaya), Taipan (Subang Jaya).
Haha... can you see what a good staff here.. promoting company restaurant.. :p

It was a short & rush gathering since I made the last minute decision to visit my brother, Eddy & YY. Quan, sure will let you know early when I visit KL again. Victor, my job functionality is to translate the schematic into layout geometry for a microprocessor. So I need to face to computer for long hours. Yours is mechanical engineering right? It’s a tough subject too. Enjoy your life ya!

Well, we have a few long comments here... So now is my turn.
Be Lohas Cafe is one of my client, have been working with this client occasionally within this half year. A nice client not only for me to gain extra money but also I have earn a lot of knowledge about organic and healthy food as well. The boss always claimed that my lifestyle has been much more heathier since I have started working with him. I tried almost all the food in this cafe, for FREE (the food selling at quite expensive price). haha~ To be frank, it is not as delicious as the food that we normally have outside, but it is definitely healthier and benefit our body in some way, and it actually give you a healthy feel, not as "heavy" as the food that we have outside. Organic Vegetarian with NO MSG, low salt/sugar/calories, high energy/fiber are their selling points. So, if anyone of you are interested, you can actually pay a visit to this cafe. Taipan is the first concept cafe that I have extablished for them, hopefully there are few mores cafe opening soon in some other locations and even shopping mall ( I wish they will still hire me to work for them, cross finger xx)
