This gathering is really an extraordinary one. So meaningful. A great friend of ours in our mist. 有朋自远方来不亦乐乎~
He is still talkertive as old time. But.... since his face look thinner now, his mouth looks "wider". Someone said... "if you put 2 rulers on his face when he smile.. you will find that.. his mouth is 'selari' with his eyebrows"... lol....

Here's the answer for general knowledge testing...
龟苓膏主要以名贵的 "鹰嘴龟" 和土茯苓为原料，再配生地等药物精制而成。
"鹰嘴龟"是名贵的中药，可清热解毒；土茯苓则可去湿。除这两种主药外，再配以生地、蒲公英、金银花等药效加强。龟苓膏有清热解毒、拔毒
生肌、滋阴补肾、保健养颜功效。它的品性温和，不凉不燥，男女老幼皆宜。
但有的资料上说，真正的龟苓膏应以"金钱龟"做，只采用"龟胸腹部之前腹甲板"，因为那里比较柔软，含胶质多，容易熬成膏状。金钱龟板以陈年旧板为最好，能滋阴潜阳、消除虚火引起的骨热、眩晕、耳鸣等。不知哪种说法正宗。反正龟苓膏能够清热去湿，滋阴养颜就是了。
